It applies to our website and to enquiries you make with us.

The information we collect

When you contact us or request a quote, we may collect: your name; your phone number and email address; your suburb, postcode or property address; details about the work you are enquiring about; and any files you choose to send us, such as photos, occupational therapist (OT) reports, scopes or drawings. We may also collect information when you phone or email us, or when an OT, case manager or provider refers you to us.

Sensitive information

Some documents you send us — for example an OT report — may contain health or other sensitive information. We only collect sensitive information where you have provided it for the purpose of your enquiry or works, and we use it only for that purpose.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, plan and carry out works, communicate with you, and prepare completion documentation where a funding program or OT requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

When we disclose your information

We may share relevant information with: subcontractors and trades engaged to carry out your job; the occupational therapist, aged care provider or NDIS provider you have engaged, where this is needed to quote or complete works; and others where required or authorised by law. We do not disclose your information to third parties for their own marketing.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Enquiries submitted through our website are processed by our website host and sent to us by email. We keep your information only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Overseas storage

Our website is hosted by Netlify, and some information submitted online may be stored or processed on servers located outside Australia (including in the United States). We take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Cookies and website analytics

Our website does not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add website analytics in future, we will update this policy.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
