A ramp isn't one-size-fits-all – it has to fit the house.

We design each ramp based on the client's needs.

What's involved

Ramps that suit the property

From a small threshold ramp to a full switchback – designed and built to last.

Wheelchair-friendly gradients

Ramps set to a safe, usable gradient for the person and their equipment.

Threshold & entry ramps

Neat ramps over steps and thresholds at doors and entries.

Landings & turns

Level landings and turns worked into the design where space is tight.

Handrails & edge protection

Handrails and edge protection integrated for safe, confident use.

Timber or concrete

Built in the material that best suits the site, look and budget. We are also a Tyrex preferred installer.

Built for the outdoors

Durable, low-maintenance construction that lasts in the weather.

Funding & referrals

Funding pathways

We work directly with families and alongside the professionals and programs that fund accessibility work.

Private clients & families

Arranged and paid for directly – no referral needed.

OT-prescribed work

Built to the occupational therapist's scope, with completion documentation where required.

Aged care & Support at Home*

As the construction contractor where a provider or OT has arranged the works.

NDIS participants*

For self-managed and plan-managed participants where funding allows an unregistered provider.

* Access at Home is not a registered NDIS or Support at Home provider, and never presents as “NDIS approved”. See how we work with funded clients →

2,000+

We were part of the Westmead and Maitland Hospital construction, installing over 2,000 grab rails, handrails, shower seats and shower systems across the new hospitals – the same standard of fixing and finish goes into every job we do.
